This information is sent to our team via email so we can respond to your inquiry. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you provide.

AI Chat Assistant

Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant that can answer questions about our services. When you use the chat, the messages you type are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. Chat conversations are not stored on our servers or in your browser — they exist only during your active session and are discarded when you close the chat or leave the page.

Analytics & Advertising Data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These services automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, and interactions with site elements (such as button clicks and form submissions). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. We also use Google Search Console to monitor how our site appears in search results.

When you submit the contact form, your IP address is temporarily used to prevent spam (rate limiting). This data is held in server memory for up to 15 minutes and is not stored permanently, logged, or shared with any third party.

Third-Party Services

• IP addresses used for rate limiting are held in server memory for up to 15 minutes and are not persisted.
• Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Google Ads conversion data is retained according to Google’s standard policies.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

You may:

• Request that we delete any personal information you’ve provided through our contact form
• Choose not to use the AI chat assistant if you prefer not to have messages processed by OpenAI
• Opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings
